She's too much of a force to take that long to change the culture.

The nature of the game dictates that 1 or 2 dynamic players can completely alter outcomes and a team's W-L record-

It's not an 85-player roster like football

Final Four next year. If I was a gambling man, I would bet on it.

The culture changed the minute she stepped off that plane. Some people just have that IT factor. You can't create it and you can't bottle it, its just there.

I don’t think final four (not saying they can’t) but should be pretty good. Depends how they work the portal this off-season. The team is very senior heavy and I don’t expect all of the underclassmen Nikki recruited to be back (heard some things). If they work the portal right they could have a very good team next year. I think Kim needs a couple classes of her kids to get them to the level that she wants, not that they are bad now. Kim is getting the best out of this group this year

Morris technically could return next year which is big for us if she does (I expect she does. She is extremely close with Kim)

Having such a good first year will go a long way with working the portal this off-season

It’s incredible how she turned what was a complete rebuild to competitive in year one. And not just competitive, but actually pretty good. Kim is a force

357 spot on as usual. Year 3 FF posssible but SC, UCONN, Louisville etc on another level. Also, SEC is getting better with UT, UGA and even Ole MIss also greatly improved. A&M and UK solid. 357 when is Guskers back? SEC play?

Gusters is supposed to be back around when SEC play starts which is soon if things have gone smoothly between what Kim wants and Gusters

We are going to need her for SEC play. Aifuwa has played really well lately but Gusters has also in recent games. Depth is needed more than ever this time of the year

basketball, with its small roster, doesn't require nearly that long of a rebuild.

Basketball rosters can completely transform in a year or two max.

You see all of the people bitching about what Bama football is doing in recruiting and transfers? JJ is about to do that with baseball. I imagine Mulkey and Wade will too, and be really succesful, but Lsu baseball is about to become an institution again.

Alleva wouldnt fire Fargas She was making 700,000 for very mediocre results. She is laughing all the way to the bank thanks to Alleva.

Competitive................? They're competitive right now. When she was hired I figured we might be a sweet sixteen team in her second season. As it looks right now, this team will be in the sweet sixteen THIS SEASON, AND they're going to be in the top four in the SEC. Mark my words. They may have the best guard combo in the SEC RIGHT NOW.
