I guess 10 wins with a team that was left for dead with roughly 30 scholarship players wasn’t good enough?

are you insane? Miles gift wrapped Ed O a good starting OL, loaded RB room with the starter being a top 3 RB in the country, an experienced redshirt senior QB, and an elite DC and loaded defense. That defense finished 5th in scoring in 2016, and gave up only 8 TDs all year outside the TAMU game.

Also if you look back on that schedule, it was horrifically bad. If I'm not mistaken, 5-6 coaches we played were fired and 7 or 8 teams we beat finished with a losing record (most of them didn't even have 5 wins).

Will that be the case if Walker goes to UGA, UF or Auburn?

I can only hope he’s goes to one of those schools…helps our chances!

Then it proves nothing! It's not like he ran Howard off, or told him he would never see the field. He was scared to compete, in the story

Just out of curiosity, what exactly are you suggesting that Kelly should have done? Promised a redshirt freshman the starting job over 2 more experienced QB’s that outplayed him? Walker Howard may turnout to be the 2nd coming of Tom Brady but there was a higher likelihood of him being the 4th best QB in Kelly’s system at the end of Spring practice.

If he hasn't done that by now over the length of his career there is nothing he can do to convince you otherwise. You will only wait until he fails to say "see, I told you so".

Not only that...these idiots think LSU should not have pursued Daniels in the first place.

So you'll rather our coaching staff tell an SEC West Championship QB to go kick rocks over a 3rd string 4* freshman? This folks is why most people shouldn't reproduce......

So what do you and your dumbfrick ilk propose, that Kelly just starts Howard now? How about in a season or two when another highly touted QB is signed, should that guy immediately be started so his feelings don’t get hurt?

I sometimes wonder about posts like this. There is absolutely no point to it. CBK is one of the most successful coaches in football. Nothing a third string QB does or doesn’t do can change that.
I hope the OP is sober now and embarrassed.

This, like most of your posts, is so absurdly intellectually dishonest that you should be embarrassed to have even thought it, much less took the time to actually type it out. But, like I said, it is your M.O., so keep on doing you, brother.

However, just some advice, if you actually want to engage in legitimate discussion, this type of shite—like all OP’s threads or that Trouser cocksucker’s post about Daniels being a below average QB, which isn’t intellectually dishonest as much as it is straight up lie—really does you a disservice. Most terrible posters—and make no mistake, you are a terrible poster—are either intellectually dishonest or just dumb. And you’re clearly not dumb. That would be forgivable. Consistently being intellectually dishonest is not. So the posters like me, who try to be fair and honest and would be willing to engage in a legitimate discussion with someone in which we just have a different perspective, see your name, and simply move on, because you’re just not worth it.

I’ve only decided to reply now because posters like you—and you’re not the worst by any means—keep posters like me from even wanting to bother coming here. And the Rant is the worse for it, saved for a bunch of assholes, entrenched in their made-up minds, unmovable from their wildly prematurely determined positions, fingers in ears, incapable of listening to an alternate argument, unwilling to take in different data and re-asses.

Mike Archer inherited no talent? GTFO.

Kelly took a roster with less than 40 scholarships and won the west in his first year. I think he may have a handle on the situation.

If I am not mistaken Kelley got Walker to sign with LSU. Walker then quit on LSU because he goes not want any real competition. If he is as good as advertised then he would have kept his arse in Baton Rouge honoring his commitment to the program. It’s a bitch move on his part he does not have the chest.

I have a feeling that BK saw something during the practices this season that made his end of the year meeting with Walker go a little different than the ones with JD and Nuss. Gotta trust BK bc he knows way more about the players on his team than anyone on this board(regardless of what they post).

No point arguing with that clown, he’s a pseudo intellectual a-hole that thinks he’s right and everyone else is wrong.
