Just because you say facts doesn’t make it a fact. Every school practiced nil before there ever was nil.

I already did.
Bigby Williams.
Marlon Taylor.
Pinson wasn’t some huge sought after guy either.

Nobody will ever win at LSU unless they have a once in a generation class of locals that all want to stay home.

McMen just need to tap out at this point.

It’s sad when you get to the point where the argument is “muh he got good players but what about the bad players he turned into good players”
These people are retards

What they can’t see is the incredible hypocrisy and double standards they use in every one of their talking points. Could you imagine that tard using these arguments against McMahon? Of course not. It’s the exact opposite “the people who rank recruits tricked McMahon”
They’re just completely dishonest people, always have been.

I agree on some points, but it's not like he had a competitive advantage before and made LSU a winner. He can recruit and I think he would actually generate a lot of investment in LSU basketball just like before. LSU bball is already profitable. Just think of what it could become

His teams play good basketball and that’s what matters. That’s why he’s one of 11 coaches ever to get 4 different teams into the NCAA tourney and I’d bet the number of guys who’ve done it as fast as he has,(within the first 2 years) is even smaller.

Mcmahon biggest problem is he brings zero enthusiasm to LSU basketball and he has no support. Wade is excellent at both of those.
Pigeonholing your support for the program to Wade only is short sighted and foolish, especially for a coach who is very likely to stay at NC State.

Wade packed the student union at his introductory presser, promised better days and delivered.
McMahon may as well have handed out scripts of ambien. He could have done a lot more to generate booster and donor support. Even Brady who had the personality of a block of fractured concrete when he was HC was alright in this department. But i get that you are a total noodle head and can’t process actual facts.

End of story you are wrong. Everybody was paying to play. A lot more than we were. Fact!

He also won’t be fishing in the sane waters of North Carolina and Duke yearly. He’s starting every year in 3rd or 4th place

Okay cool. Alot more than we were you say and where did WE go in the tourney? Who else got caught and fired? Im actually not talking about others but if you wanna go there, all of the blue bloods which are several at least 25 other teams had bigger pockets than LSU. Thanks for solidifying my point. Now with NIL it will be even worse if they dont give the next head coach at least 20 mil to work with. Lsu atm ain't giving basketball 20mil. Thanks though for making a valid point.
I wasnt nor was I talking about cheating under the table being the problem nor comparing to "others". If you ain't cheating you ain't trying right?
