Then why was he subpoenaed by the defense? Seems like they'd want him as far from that courtroom as possible.

Wishful thinking but maybe that’s why he won’t comment until the case is done.

I really hope if we go down, Wade and any players involved just spill the beans on everything. I hope players mention every big name coach and exactly what was being promised to them. Call out others they know who were paid by other programs...make as big a story as they can.

In fact, Wade should threaten the NCAA on this because what they care most about is protecting their big names in whatever sport.

He was also using this to take down Joe Alleva. Will Wade is the hero we needed. Not necessarily the hero we deserved.

It's certainly plausible. I said as much in a previous thread.

That said, it's probably less unlikely that once Wade was dragged into it, he agreed to talk in exchange for immunity (and possibly other reasons).

He deserves the benefit of the doubt for now.

I think a lot of people just read your title and upvoted out of extreme hopefulness.
