I can only assume Wade isn’t getting Graves if he’s wasting money on a bum like this.
LSU sports are in a disaster mode right now.

please dial back the name calling. I know you want to call everyone a bunch of dishonest hypcrite savages who should burn for eternity or whatever, and you will do it in every thread. my hope is that if we point it out every time, you will see your own pattern and just focus on sports and such.
you don't have to derail every thread this way. calm down.

The General has been downgraded to Private.
Private Wade is far closer to Gomer Pyle than he is to any general.

The problem that the WDS/McMen crowd have now run into is that they always screeched how the previous guy never had any money to work with. Now when we get reports of spending money on players, they’ve all of a sudden become Dave Ramsey.
Just proves one thing and one thing only.

have no idea what distinction the NCAA has drawn regarding all this stuff, but Bedaiko at Alabama was drafted, played in the G League and was on multiple 2-way contract for NBA teams. This guy was drafted by an NBA team but stayed playing professionally overseas. His only NBA participation was competing in the NBA summer league for a week in 2021 All this stuff is dumb and needs to stop. If you've played professionally at a sport, you shouldn't be able to compete in the same sport in the NCAA thereafter
I’m not sure how much distinction there is either but it’s just my opinion that if you’ve played in a professional league and gathered a paycheck from that league, you cannot play that sport in any NCAA capacity. Again, my opinion.

If you can't figure out how a guy who never attended college, entered the draft, signed a pro contract, and spent 3 years in the NBA G league is different from someone who never played a minute nor attended any NCAA-affiliated university and never played for any NBA affiiated ornganization, then there is no help for you.
It’s very different because, as you pointed out, this guy never attended college. However, he’s a 26 year old professional that’s been paid multiple times to play basketball.
While very different, my objections remain the same. He was paid by a professional league to play basketball.

Confusing.
The only thing i can see of many say Wade can evaluate talent. Maybe he will coach him up to his style and he'll be a much improved player?

Someone, please anyone, tell me why we are signing such a second rate player?
Tom, this could be a coincidence, but just think about it for a minute.
Will Wade was being investigated by the government (FBI). The government is currently partnering with Israel in a war against Iran. Yam Madar represents the Israel senior national team.
Perhaps the government did him a favor during the investigation, and now he has to do them a favor by funneling money to our allies through LSU and NIL.

Wade could sign 5* HS freshmen and guarantee they will stay at LSU for 3-4 years, he would probably prefer that route. But that is unlikely.
Nice reply. Thanks

I agree on this point, but that is something the NCAA needs to address. Currently, this is allowed, unfortunately.
