First, Jones never had a playbook. It was playing fast, but street ball.

I am very optimistic, even for next year. I dont expect to be world beaters, however I expect the stupid loses to go away and the effort on D to pick up.

Even before Wade I heard he was 60% leaning to come back. I'd say this pushes him toward 80.
He should still do what he did last year and go thru the process since there's no limit now.
