To me this is as good a test of a coaching staff as nearly as important following a tough loss as the team did with the gators.

Will the staff have them focused and prepared to play mistake free ball? If so then I think the Tigers roll again.

Why wouldn’t they be focused? MSU doesn’t suck. What would they focus on, open date? Voodoo fest? It’s ridiculous that anyone would think this team isn’t dialed in right now.

They should realize everything is back in front of them now. Take it week by week and go out and dominate.

Therefore, I would think so.

Hang the score from last year in the locker room. That should provide some focus.

Of course. Coach O has them ready to play every week, as Foster Moreau can tell you.

Not to mention it's homecoming, vs a team to whom we owe an arse whooping.

They are 4-2, have been ranked much of the season, only lost to Kentucky and Florida, two ranked teams, and beat us 37-7 last year and returned most of their starters and have a really good QB. If we aren't focused for this game, we're going to get beat.

MSU is a good football team. Overlooking them is a stupid.

they will be focused!!!! This is one of the first things CEO proved when he got the job. The ability to keep them focused on a game to game, week to week basis is impressive.

I really hope you are right. However, these are 18 - 22 year old young men. If they play clean and focused for four quarters like they did against UGA, they win. There can be no mental lapses in this game.

Moo state ain't La Tech.

Surely the gatekeepers won't allow them to bring that crap into Tiger Stadium.

This is where Coach Orgeron must differentiate himself from his predecessor. Can the Tigers not have a let off after a huge win? It has happened often enough before.

with a bye week following this game I think we will play the best game we have played. Plenty of reasons to be motivated and I'm thinking the coaches and team leaders will have us ready

Right. This team has never lost focus previously. Not sure what I was thinking.
