I wouldn’t take Lacy’s behavior as some kind of signal that the locker room is screwed up. If you rewatch, Lacy apparently fired off words to Nuss a few seconds later and several teammates were patting Nuss on the shoulders as he walked away.
That looked like random gameday frustration from an offense that was owning the stat sheet but not the scoreboard.

If Lacey was open, he would just drop the ball anyway. His stupid interference wiped out a TD at a crucial point in the game. Lacey is not a WR1. He needs a player like Nabers or BTJ to draw the defense too.
