When you stack up just about any coaches resume to CPM, Mainieri is going to look equal, or better, than most.

CPM had a very successful career. The idiots here can't see it because they expect Skip like success, whenever there isn't a single coach we could possibly hire that would have that type or resume, nor will he be able to duplicate Skip once here.

All that being said, it's past time for CPM to go. There are tons of people I would be happy with. It won't be because they have been more successful than CPM. It will just be for the simple fact that they are NOT CPM.

Isn't the main knock on CPM here that he "throws his players under the bus."

It's well noted that he is pretty hard on his players. Now maybe he isn't respected any more, but I don't think saying he is soft is an accurate description.

neither is Pat Casey

I wouldn't be too sure about that. Sr Partner at my Wife's firm is a big TCU guy, and they're concerned that Schlossnagle is looking around, and Casey's name came up in a number of scenarios. Rumors have him also looking around.

Article: LINK: What we know (and don't know) about apparent murder-suicide of two Florida boys and their dad

Apparently the husband’s brother is in prison for a very similar incident.

The memorial service for the two boys was held at Florida’s baseball field: LINK

If Sully is connected to this lady, than let’s move on. What about Scott Brown, pitching coach at Vanderbilt? Proven to effectively recruit and develop pitchers. Partner him with a high-end hitting instructor that players want to play for and we are set.

He has had pretty much the same results as Paul, except with more talent.

He has underachieved at UF.

Is this floating around in the rumor mill or has it been legitimately reported?
