Lacy is one of the best receivers on the team when it comes to getting open. He's a stud. His hands are the problem and if he can't catch the ball there's no point of playing

I’m sure he’s a good kid but he can’t catch the fricking football

Why the fock do I need to be a coach at every practice?

unless you know what he does compared to the ones not ahead of him you don't know shite. Maybe the others don't know the routes, how to block, etc. There are a lot of people who probably never played or coached on here that know more than coaches making millions...it would be fiunny if it wasn't so stupid to actually think you know more than a major D coaching staff.

Based on a play I saw during the game he looks to have more wiggle after the catch in comparison to the other receivers. Obviously won’t matter if you can’t catch the ball.

Agreed Hilton should’ve been in the game after Lacy’s first drop. Lacy can’t be relied upon in big games.

He's very good after the catch. Of course that only matters when you actually make the catch.

he had a lot of drops but he also had a 33 yard catch and run.

it’s one of those things where I see the talent and the potential hit the reality is different.

apparently he’s a great kid and probably works hard AF.

He is supposed to be talented. He may now have to work his way back up to the front of the line, like an RB that fumbles too much.

It’s a reasonable question to ask.

Lacy clearly has an issue with drops. That’s not a shot at the kid.

Can you explain why Lacy needs to be playing over the other WRs I mentioned? He certainly hasn't produced on the field, at all.

I agreed with you that he doesn't. I just don't agree that he's worthless though. I don't agree he's worse than Giles. That's absurd.

5. Knowing the playbook.

You are making too much sense for the rant brother.

Just like everyone clamoring for “why isn’t Perkins in a place to impact the game.” Like it’s the coaches putting him there. It’s because he’s messing up his reads and assignments and out of position.

Not Knowing the playbook and how to execute technique is 95% of why super talented kids are either not impacting the game or not playing.

People think you can play this level of football just off athletic ability. It’s not HS you can’t.

Outside of 2019 we have had pretty poor coaching for years. Who cares what they think when we see this dogshit product on the field.

Lacy is the practice field GOAT. Guy can’t catch a 5 yard route pass in a real game. He is useless

It is not all about just running a predescribed route - variables come into play and there is much more to the position than just running routes.

Agreed. Like catching the football, for example.
