Nice substance. Can't answer one question using logic.

But again. Do as you're told and holler back with nothing.....again.

Like I said in another thread, I think this was a confidence issue.

As much as coaches can try to instill confidence in their team, sometimes it's on the players and their mindset.

Of course, if the players have lost confidence in the coaches as well as themselves, then that's a different story.

Henry is walking thru holes big enough to drive a truck thru and at least for the last 2 games: Bama NO holes, Arky some but LF struggled from paucity of blocking. .
I am very unhappy about the entire situation including the coaching, but by God that OL is sucking also. They should be ashamed the way they have played. Miles can't make all the blocks for them.

I know, I know: It's all on the coach... but some of them are whiffing and getting blown back, lot's of "WATCHOUT" blocks.. Make a friggen block why don't ya?

Oh it's there, princess. You've been too busy setting traps, as you say.

When you get a moment, you can find it.

Again.....didn't take long to figure this thread out.

I am a princess, thanks.

Where is the question? I'd like to answer it.

Are you kidding? 4 and 5 star recruits at every position!.

2012 LSU #14 Alabama #1
2013 LSU #7 Alabama #1
2014 LSU #2 Alabama #1
2015 LSU #10 Alabama #1

These ranking disparities don't square up with your statement.

Happy to explain to you.

The coaches literally get paid millions of dollars. The players do get room, board and an education (presumably.) Those bighead images of Fournette? Someone is making money off of it, it ain't him.

The coaches pick and choose who they want to recruit. You think the players stink, well, whose fault is that? The coaches that recruited them.

I refuse to believe that LSU has the singular misfortune of only recruiting QBs who look great in high school, and then fizzle out in college. Refuse to believe it. Harris was a 4/5 star recruit. Hell, Jennings was highly-rated.

The problem? Harris and Jennings are not suited to LSU's style of offense. So, the coaching staff should have either not recruited and signed them, OR, (wait for it) ADAPT THEIR SYSTEM TO THEIR PLAYERS!!

Don't forget about Welter. That poor kids arse got drug thru the mud even when he didn't play one defensive snap.

And there was a portion of fans that came to Jefferson's defense. Not so for Welter.

The last couple of games, Beckwith has been man-handled at middle linebacker at times just as bad as Welter when he was playing. Not a word from anybody about his poor play.

I personally don't believe in bad-mouthing the players and it pisses me off when it happens, but they do deserve their fair share of the blame for the past two weeks performances.

1. College coaches recruit
2. College players do not get paid
3. College coaches make millions of dollars per year

That's why. I'm not going to bash a college player. As far as I'm concerned, it's not his fault.

NFL is different.

I'm not saying bash the player, but that still doesn't mean he can't be at fault.

No, but he can put them in much better positions to succeed, rather than the caveman offense he runs. Look, do you really think the offensive linemen just decided one day not to play hard anymore? THE OPPONENTS KNOW WHAT WE'RE GOING TO RUN. WE'RE INCREDIBLY PREDICTABLE.

INCREDIBLY PREDICTABLE.

All of these players in the SEC are talented. Is there something special about LSU's athletes that allows them to basically announce what play they're going to run, and then expect to walk over the opponent?

Hell, remember that 2011 NCG? LSU had a helluva defense, right? What did Saban do? Did he run Trent Richardson into a brick wall every play? NO. He changed his gameplan.

If a player repeatedly is making the same mistakes, it's on the coaches.

We're 9 games in and playing worse than ever

Is it the players fault that it takes our staff so long to get plays in? Is it advantageous for an offense to get to the LOS with 10 seconds on the clock? Why is it other teams can snap the ball 10-12 seconds after a play and we can't? Did you see our 2 minute drill the other night? Is that the players fault or coaches?

247Sports shouldn't exist if its talent alone that allowed Arkansas to dominate LSU.

Recruiting experts should be disbanned if it was that simple.

I just say look at NFL rosters...now dispute our talent advantage again...How many players does Ark, Ole Miss, Miss. St. etc have in the NFL?
