Why Do So Many Here Seem Upset That LSU Won 2 Games Today?

Every positive topic has to have dickheads posting negative contradictory shite in it.
Yes we are all aware of the flaws of this team and that this roster has not lived up to expectations. We are all aware. Not good and it sucks.
But for fricks sake can you give it a break on a day where we won 2 games? I don’t care if we were playing Barbe’s Freshman team we won 2 today and people are negative in every single thread. Go do something that makes you happy instead bitching about the team you are a “fan” of winning games.
I honestly pray that you have more happiness in your personal lives than you present on the internet.

Most people don’t even realize they don’t actually like sports. They like winning, and just winning. It makes them feel better about themselves.
I too enjoy winning it all. But if we never won it all again, id still watch LSU baseball. Because I like LSU baseball. I like watching it and pulling for them. I enjoy winning a single game, for what it is. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Today told me a lot about the future of the program. Ruckert (I think) didn’t get a hit but he smashed a ball into the win game 1 showed he has some pop. Patrick is getting better and of course Braun and Paz did great.

Don’t pay attention to the bullshite. It’s deep in here at times. This team has been frustrating to watch but I’ll never give up on them. Our young players are looking great. The season isn’t over and we’re seeing great potential for next season.

Because they need to be right that they called LSU and JJ terrible this year and second guess and tell everyone “see i told you so”. They need it because no one in their real life listens to a fn thing they say and they are respected only by those mentally inferior to them.

Not the least bit upset until the last inning, when it looked like the demons which have spoiled this whole season before this week had resurfaced, in spades. Fortunately Sheerin was able to pitch around and through all the silliness.

This is true. You have to take the good with the bad. Fortunately, we've had much more good than bad. The attitude to take is, don't get too excited when we win. That way, you won't be so down when we lose.

Because if you can’t win every game Why win any? Don’t you know people on this board are the greatest to have ever played, or thought about college( or any level) baseball.
And if they didn’t play or coach themselves, it was not their fault that short sighted coaches (or the world) didn’t see their brilliance.

Based on the comments this year, I'd imagine most of those people didn't even watch the games yesterday. At least, they've told us a 100x they're done with the Tigers this season.

Unfortunately, some people are just negative people.

The LSU fan base is passionate but some people generate a toxic mind hive on TD with their constant negativity. They are not representative of the fan base as a whole but they believe they are the smartest and most righteous.
