he’s McNeese’s problem now.
Yeah they probably hate all the problems they’ve had in their best season in like 50 years.

You know what problem they’re not going to have?

Planning for a trip to the dance.

This could possibly be the dumbest thing I’ve ever read on tRant and that’s saying something.

So you’ve never proofread your own posts?

That explains a lot, actually.

It’s always the self proclaimed lifelong, super connected, true LSU basketball fans like that poster who constantly get all the facts wrong every time they talk about LSU basketball. Weird huh?

1. Bad Hires at HC

2008–2012 - Trent Johnson - Terrible Hire (Could not relate to our Culture and Recruit the South.. Plus a Dry Personality)

2012–2017 - John Henry Jones Jr - LSU guy , I like Johnnie , but (Bad X's and O's Coaching, Avg Recruiter, Not a SEC Head Coach.

2. Head Coach Issues Blocking Progress

2017–2022 - Will Wade - Solid Coach (Bad Pub and Endless Recruiting Allegations)
(Then the Rules Changed) But The NCAA wasn't going to let up. Wade was a Good Hire!

2022–present - Matt McMahon - Good Coach , But Not Sure He can Dig out of the Hole were in.

3. Facilites
Nice Practice Arena ,
But When we Compare what Arena's other SEC and Top Teams have to Play in , We are not even in the top 10 of the SEC and certainly in the bottom half of all the Major Conferences out there. (ACC, BigTen, Big12)

Kids like A Great Arena to Play in. LSU has gave the PMAC lips stick and a New Dress to many times.

4. Got to Keep Home Grown Talent, Just like Football.

5. LSU has a Really Good Basketball History , But Not Elite or Blue Blood.

LSU Athletic Dept. Needs to put more money towards the Men's & Women's BB Program.

our ADs sucked balls at hiring
I disagree. Scott Woodward has successfully revitalized numerous sports programs through top-tier hires. However, the hiring of the Men's Basketball coach was a miss. Yet, as we transition from the McMahon era (hopefully soon for the sake of your sanity ), I believe we will emerge stronger. Even as someone who doesn't regularly follow basketball, it's evident to me that he wasn't the right choice.

wasn’t aimed at me, but you do know the views on TV is approximately a billion times better than in the arena?

i mean they show replays, multiple angles, close ups, etc.

Depends on where you sit. I’ve always seen that watching a game in person is a much better illustration of what’s actually going on from how good the players are to the details of the game. When you watch on tv you’re at the mercy of the camera.

For LSU’s men’s basketball expectations, it is elite.

Imagine a school saying their football team is elite because they finish in the top 25 every year. You people would lose your minds…

absolutely there are things you see in the building that you don't necessarily see at home.

but by same token, things you think you saw in person you see 3 more times from different angles and speeds and suddenly, you didn't see what you thought you saw at full speed.

Enough LSU fans are fine with baseball being the important second semester sport so the athletic department follows suit and doesn't go all out for men's basketball.

LSU just does not invest any money in its men’s basketball program. Facilities need updating and there is not a lot of institutional commitment to it. Very mediocre

Nope. The problem McNeese is gonna have is Wade’s show m/cause for his previous transgressions He’s not allowed to bring in recruits, speak on the phone or have any communication with LSU
