It’s the most LSU thing ever for sure. Just blindly expecting greatness despite the facts. Our preseason expectations were unrealistic. We did nothing to get better offensively yet people thought we would be better. We added depth at defense and showed improvement but still have no awareness when it comes to a mobile QB and how to stop it.

I think it's because we have all seen what this team is capable of. We get little glimpses of its every week. I think it's reasonable for us fans to expect the team to finally put it all together for at least one game. I would love to see a game where Berry gets 100+ yds on the ground and Trey'dez gets 100+ in the air and Nuss throws for 350 total with 3 tds. We have the talent to do it but I have zero faith in these coaches. But maybe, just maybe this is the week that it all comes together for us.

The a&m defense gave up 40+ points last week. That isn’t a legit defense.

People have been calling me crazy all week at the office because I like us in this spot with our backs against the wall at home. Line also feels trappy.
This would be your typical everybody is down on BK game where we pull the upset and get everyone to back up from the ledge.
(Then in 2 weeks we get the shite kicked out of us by Bama and everyone is right back to where we started)
