A couple days late but here goes. Keep in mind I started watching LSU football around 1990 at age 7, so these are just my personal favorites.

Todd Kinchen
Kevin Faulk
Booger
Joe Burrow

Burrow - best qb to ever play here
Dorsey - best D lineman to ever play here
White - best LB to ever play here
Saban - literally the reason for all the success this century. He turned LSU around. As much as I hate him, he has to be up there (unless you are going strictly with players)

Either Faulk or Dorsey
Either Peterson or Matthieu (one of these belongs on the list based on their individual accomplishments at LSU and later in the NFL.

Too many to narrow it down. Go by era:

O era: Burrow, Devin White, Helaire, Chark

Miles: Mathieu, Flynn, Hester, Jarvis

Saban: Spears, Mauck, Clark , Henderson

Patrick Peterson / Tommy Casanova - flip.

As much as I loved watching Mathieu, I just can't include him since he was kicked off the team.

This is exactly my feelings.

Burrow - heisman winner National Champions
Cannon - Heisman winner, National Champion
Dorsey - one of the most decorated defensive players in LSU history and National Champion
Casanova - three time All-American, number is retired. I also thought it was important to have some from the time between 1958 and 2000

2 guys we already retired the number of and 2 more we probably will soon. I think they all graduated too.

Strong argument for Faulk

correct answer for anyone with any knowledge of history about LSU.
