Stovall had arguably the best 2 or 3 seasons of any LSU player EVER. He was robbed of the Heisman because of:
A. Segregation
B. West Coast/ East Coast media bias.

Agree w you completely. Honey Badger had a dominant season in 2011. Haven’t seen a player on d have that big of an impact since Hugh Green at Pitt.

The real list...

Indisputable
Billy Canon
Joe Burrow

Best of the rest
Patrick Peterson - The greatest non-QB to ever play for LSU besides possibly Canon
Alan Faneca - A monster. Greatest big man to ever play for LSU

Honorable Mention
Tyrann Mathieu - Dismissal keeps him off the monument
JaMarr Chase - Next to Peterson as the GOAT non-QB but only one season
Bert Jones - He would be the #1 pick over Joe Burrow had he come out that year
Michael Brooks - Injury reduced his pro career to very good.
Glen Dorsey
Tommy Casanova - 3 time AA when you could not play as a freshman

ETA: Forgot Stovall and Y.A.

Not necessarily picking one over the other, but why do most fans automatically pick Faulk over Fournette?

LF7 damn near eclipsed KF3 stats in one less year. Just curious.
