I don't care how many he throws for as long as LSU gets the win.

Because of Florida's quality defense, I think we need to bring a very balanced offense, keep them guessing. Mett throwing for 300 hundred might mean we are rolling them OR we are only able to throw and the running game isn't clicking.

I don't think he'll have 300 yards, but it's because the running game will be dominant. Mett will have a good game.

I don't think he will. 230 1 pick. We will pick Murphy 3 times.

Not going to say that it won't happen, but the probability of it happening is very slim

Mett will probably have to go for at least 250-300 due to the fact Florida will stack the box to stop hill(priority), and leave their corners on an island until you beat them. Florida running backs are not as good as Gillislee was, but our linebacker play has been horrendous. you add in an athletic QB, and I'M not sure how much we can really stop them yet. 200 yards passing and 20 points won't get this for this game, unless the defense turns a corner and Hill just goes off. That being said, I think Mett, Hill, and the offense surprise some people and put up some points.

I think he throws for around 260, 2 TDs, 0 INT in the victory.

This is probably what I was thinking, which is still a pretty darn good game.

Florida DB's are the best he will face this year, the big factor is if their DL can get pressure on him or not. If they get constant pressure he won't throw for 300 and may have a couple picks. If they can't and have to blitz, he throws for 300.

I really wonder how aggressive Cam will be early on, esp. with the trust he has with ZM. Florida's D does get a bit overagressive at times, but like the ARK game, gets things settled out later in the game. I'm really looking forward to seeing how it all plays out

"self proclaimed incredible Rantards who think they know what they're talking about"...much.

this game, like every game, depends on our how well our oline performs. if our oline holds their own...we have a good chance to win. if our oline dominates...we have a good chance to win big.

get better, get ready...get even.

I'll take the under on that.
Over 300 yards does't equal a win BTW.

Why is 300 yards passing the holy grail all of a sudden? LSU has won a hell of a lot of football games the last 7-8 years without hitting 300 yards passing. Stats are for losers.

I could see either of these happening:

Mettenberger throws for 350; LSU loses
Mettenberger throws for 205; LSU wins

I'll say 240. Probably 100 in the first half or less. UF defense is no slouch and they will try to play ball control on offense.
