Had torsion in my early 40's. My GP misdiagnosed it and I didn't see a urologist until the next day. It was too late. Recovery from surgery is not fun. ...

diagnosis was multi-focal bilateral pneumonia, meaning multiple "spots" in both lungs. From what I've read, it started out as an infection that spread to his lungs. Very sad to hear. Way too young. Was engaged to be married next summer.
