Brian O’Connor at Virginia. Was Mainieri top asst before LSU and already has a National Championship and multiple CWS appearances. He WILL be the next coach.

frick. THAT.

Advisers are actively telling kids to decommit from Virginia or sign out of high school to avoid being coached by that staff. Pitchers getting injured at a ridiculous rate. Hitters being coached away from development. I'd rather the entire baseball industry not be anti-LSU. We currently have a very good working relationship with scouts and advisors. No reason to light that on fire by hiring O'Connor.

Somebody who talks like us, is unqualified and doesn't cost as much as someone who is.

I really like Schlossnagle. Great guy as well as great coach that took bottom feeder TCU to Omaha 4 years in a row.

O'Sullivan needs to be choices 1-5

If that doesn't work, Lovelady is a really outstanding young coach. I think that, as interesting of a topic as this is, Mainieri will coach another 7 years or so and by then there will be a whole new pool of candidates that will have developed and some that have been named will be getting long in the tooth

This joke is so played out. At least attempt to be original or clever.
