I was in the endzone of Jordan Hare as I had season tix there that year...I was attending the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell AFB , lived in Montgomery...brought a good buddy who went to one of the satelitte LSU schools...he wasn't a happy camper. Craziest 4th qtr all time. The beers went down pretty easy siting with buds post game....not true for my bud

Living and working in a small town in East TX. I guess I listened to it on AM radio which was typically the way I caught games then. Good ole Hawthorne.

i turned 22 that day.....was home on leave about to head to okinawa for my first duty station in the corps..........that game and that ride home was horrible. it made boot camp seem like fun.

i was at a duck camp with my dad and his friends (some former LSU players from LC area). I was about 15.....learned some new cuss words that day....

can't remember where i was watching it, but i do remember the worst of actions displayed by some of our supposed tiger fans.

this occurred the next day when i drove by a beat up white station wagon with "KILL HOWARD" spray painted on the side.

At the game lower level of the end zone. We all kept wondering whey pass since our Defense was holding them down. I was probably one of the last to leave that day. The security folks had to ask me to leave.
