Isn't he the attorney that posted somewhere? I read that the SEC and Greg Sankey would win and all this has he ever post here. He needs to come in here and explain to us what's going on because it seems like once again the dude was wrong

I mean, this is great news, but it's not the win every body thinks it is... Trust when I say they either have very very strong belief that they'll be granted a stay on Thursday or something along those lines.
This is only them public saying "we're not in contempt of court because we follow the law"
I'm very hopeful and optimistic that they get the prelim on Thursday but I just don't think they're completely backing down.

Whatever happens, happens. But, lsu will not be penalized regardless, if the ruling is upheld. All you panicans can relax.

I remember some comment about room temperature IQ people believing that the SEC would get slapped and thinking, first, if someone is wrong about it, it’s not because they have a low IQ, it’s because they don’t understand the process, and second, whoever said that is an idiot. Anyone who presumes to know exactly what will happen in a courtroom during an injunctive proceeding doesn’t know shite about the process because courts (judges) are generally free to act as they see fit within reason. That’s why it is equitable relief.

I can't get with that when Trinidad with Ole Miss is acceptable. NCAA denied him multiple times. Said he was absolutely ineligible off his weak proof. LSU was afraid they would never get him eligible had he transferred, because his previous school was not okay saying he didn't play due to a medical issue. All it took was a literal Ole Miss fan of a judge to say it was okay. At least these players here should have been allowed the 5 for 5 all along. I just think the one exception is appropriate for these guys.

I said ALL players ruled ineligible, which includes Chambliss.
The courts can’t say “these ineligible players can’t be penalized, but THOSE can be”.
It doesn’t work like that. Ineligible is ineligible and the only thing the court can rule is that the NCAA and/or SEC rules can be upheld despite the TROs.

True. I just spoke from knowing it'll never happen, but this part still could go either way. I would totally be okay with what you are saying after this season. I like to believe we won't have these issues after this season.
