If Joe had a better o line last year, he would be way up the list. A lot of the time he just had no time whatsoever to get comfortable in the pocket

From what I saw last season?

1. Tua
2. Fromm
3. Burrow
..........
the rest as shown

However, I have a feeling that Burrow will end up #1 this season!

He will put up between the 4th and 5th best numbers though.

Good thing coaches helped him out with long-developing pass routes and max protect.

He's a competitor though and figure him to be in Top 5 SEC by December.

I agree with findings, but he had a lot of sacks and on the run often due to some questionable route calling.
I imagine that type funk can affect %, so tifwiw.

It’s incredibly difficult to build a rhythm with your receivers when you arrive just right before the season starts. He should be in the top 5 this season.

I think this gets overlooked.

Most QBs, unless they start as true freshmen, develop a relationship with 1 guy in particular, who becomes his 'go-to' when he emerges.

When Mett was here, he had OBJ and Landry; Johnson was the backup- and he liked Dural. Probably threw to him more in practice. When Johnson came in for Mett against Arkansas, he threw the game winner to ... Dural. And Dural was the main man the next season.

Harris didn't really have a set guy, but he had Dural and Dupre as starters. He did seem to throw to Quinn a lot, though.
When Etling passed up Harris, Dural and Dupre were still here, but Etling had a rapport with Chark. Chark was the guy he trusted from practice, and stayed that way throughout.

Burrow came in cold, seemed like he did zero in on Jefferson more than the others. I think we expected that guy to be whats-his-name from Texas Tech, the 'superstar' who never was.
Curious to see if Burrow still leans on Jefferson, or if he has found another guy. I do expect that he's going to get his passes off quicker, as he does know his WRs a lot better, and knows their cuts and moves now.

7th place isn't a big climb to top 5, and not a stretch to expect for 2nd year in system.
Caveat being, it's the 4th different one, with the most efficient being borrowed from Cameron, so we'll see.
Not what I had in mind when O said #multiple.

He’s behind Tua and Fromm. Him and Mond are probably about equal. Then the rest.
