I agree with findings, but he had a lot of sacks and on the run often due to some questionable route calling.
I imagine that type funk can affect %, so tifwiw.
He was very lucky that opposing defenses had worse hands then our receivers early last season. But he did suffer from legit drops as well.

Disclaimer: I still the Brennan can win the starting spot.

Maybe I'm biased as an OSU fan, but I'd definitely put Burrow at #3 behind only Tua and Fromm.

He'll have a year of experience under his belt now, and a lot of returning starters so I'm definitely predicting a good year from him. The new offense being employed is a good fit for him, as well.

Best of luck to LSU this season!

Yet we were better after Southern Miss, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Missouri, and Ole Miss who were a collective #92 in rush D . Imagine that
post repaired
And not so better vs Bama and UF.

How many top 25 teams did each qb play. Qb's playing for teams with easier schedules should have a higher ranking.

Behind Fromm.. don’t tell that to the Gumps. They think JB is worse than Anthony Jennings

Hell, at least Jennings was able to throw a TD against Bama.

He can fall anywhere from 3rd to 7th. I'd put him 3rd behind Tua and Fromm, but Guarantano has a ton of upside and Mond has all of the physical tools.

Joe was hurt pretty bad going into that game, and Myles was still gimped up. If Joe didn’t try to tough it out Andre Sale woulda trotted out there......

This low level of thinking has you stuck in the loop you're in right now.

Please enlighten me so that I can inhabit this higher plane of existence where not scoring against Bama is a sign of better offense than actually scoring against Bama.

This is basically the summary of the thread

If we are making a ranking based on hopes & wishes, he's 3rd.

If we are making a ranking based on historical data, he's somewhere between 5th & 7th.

Now that we have a completely re-vamped offense for the 3rd time in 3 seasons, I wonder how quickly the team will be able to adapt.

Guarantano - Kelly Bryant are all a toss up for me. All are solid guys I'd be fine with having at QB. Fromm and Tua are on another level to me in terms of talent. Burrow has a legit argument to be in that 3 spot, but I think I'd take Mond over him by a hair. It's really close though - I'd need to see them side by side to make a more informed decision.

Please stop using CFB Film room amateur-hour stats. These are fan site stats. Anyone can sign up, sign in, and email in their unverified stats.

CFB Frequently asked questions:

Why are your stats wrong?

Yes, we know our stats don’t match up with the numbers you’re seeing elsewhere.
There are a number of reasons for this.

Most frequently, especially with common statistics such as rushing and passing yards, it’s because we believe the NCAA’s policy for recording official statistics is archaic, at best, and often just flat out illogical.
