I don't think that's true. The guys on the radio were saying last night how a earned run was charged to the pitcher in the 8th, but it was an unearned run against the team. So, SLU as a team didn't give up an earned run, but SLU a pitcher did.

And I have no clue how that is possible or works...

I said that SLU is a very good team, they played tight last night because it a very big game for them. Hymel didn't pitch bad at all, but he got outed on a bunch of errors and it got away from him.

You criticize me for "being that guy" but you are the one who complained about the errors. Thats part of the game dude. When your infield plays like a bunch of high schoolers because they are nervous you dont get a redo. Get over the lose, move on and hope they meet again.

I must have watched a different game because at no point was SLU in that game.

If you think LSU wouldnt have scored those runs without the errors you are a fool. How many of the Es actually put someone on base rather than just advancing the runner 1 base? Did LSU NOT provoke the errors with agressive baserunning? Didnt LSU have to get a hit off your pitcher in the first place to force errant throws from the outfield? Or on a pickoff attempt?

LSU left the based loaded one inning.. IF ONLY IF.... But I guess SLU gets credit for that huh?

You lost because LSU hit the ball and SLU couldnt get anything going and Hanover was stealing hits from you with his play at 3rd.

Oh and gee if the game were to get close that wasnt SLU's Friday starter in the bullpen now was it?? STFU about Jones pitching then. He is not a weekend starter. Just because LSU has a good depth of talented freshmen I guess means we throw weekend starters every game huh?

who at this point is he going to replace. he was suppose to be the sunday starter at the beginning of the year but at this point its unlikely he replaces anyone unless one of them falters bigtime.
