Running game will be better minus qb runs, OL play will be better, passing game will be better. Wr play will take a step back, maybe. If lacy and the transfers step-up with a couple of the others taking a big leap, you never know what will happen.
I know it's bad juju but the defense can't be worse than last years, stomach Hurts just thinking about that crap we had to watch last yr.
We will be thin etc. But I belive another 10 win season or 11 is the ceiling. But could possibly be as bad as 8-4 like you stated. That floor can sneak up on ya with the depth issues at DT and legit DBs.

8-4. I'm not buying in on the defense with the holes at DT and likely below par starters at LB, S. Can't at this point count on the offense being able to carry the whole team.

15. Always expect a championship otherwise you are playing for second place.
You are either first or you're last!

Honestly. I think 9-3 is the floor for this team.
Yes there are lots of questions. But there really isn’t anyone on our schedule that looks like a sure loss on paper.
Think about it. Ole Miss is probably the best team we face. And they are Ole Miss.

Counting playoffs?
Regular season 10-2
Losing to bama or ole Miss, then UGA in SEC championship game.

ANY more than 1 loss is a travesty...You guys say BK is the man...well its year 3 of his guys his system... Coach O is GONE no longer can we blame him this is BK's team period. Let's see if in year 3 he can finally have HIS team ready for game 1 because he hasn't in the first 2 years. This years team should be final 4 of the playoffs or BK should be GONE too...I said what I said!!! agree with me or not I don't care

Fact is there is no way to make an educated guess inasmuch as we have very little information about how this team will play. That’s part of the allure of CFB.

quote:
We lost our Heisman Trophy QB and two first round draft picks at wide receiver, so our offense is bound to take a step back.
Top 5 offense would still be step back. Its relative.
quote:
The interior of our defense is awful and probably a downgrade even when compared to our horrible 2023 defense
Based on what? Coaching wasn't great last year. It should be very good this year. Defense should be better overall. Coaching matters.
quote:
We continue to miss on portal DL who are going to SEC rivals instead such as Oklahoma
Mid to above average DL getting paid. That's all. Stop acting like he was and NFL starter.
quote:
We’re going to lose at least 4 of the following; USC, UCLA, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Alabama, Texas A&M, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Florida, South Carolina.
Thats the whole frickin schedule numb nuts.
