What's going on with Donavaughn Campbell?

He played some as a true freshman in mop up duty in 2016, red shirted last year and is a red shirt SO this year by eligibility
The only reason I ask is I was looking around on the gigapixel thing and that guy is a monster
I see he is listed as 351 on lsuports website. Is he too big? Out of shape?

If Hines has surpassed him, and Magee is also a quality backup to Brumfield, you wonder if we could move Campbell to d-line. Not for this year but maybe for next year if Shelvin just can’t get it together.

Actually Hines was gonna play d-line but offered to play o-line before he got to campus.

they already tried that a couple weeks ago. I say do it again now, and use him as the secret weapon vs Bama.

Just seems odd because they gave him the start against Ole Miss and he actually played pretty decently. Had a higher grade than Hines has had all season in any game.
But that's the only game he played in at all.

If you can’t break into lineup at guard, your contribution at nose tackle will be minimal. I’ve seen backup d-line do well on offensive line, but can’t ever remember the opposite.
