Talent evaluation. He brought in Burrow and Nuss. Both made NFL rosters.
Chase, Jefferson, Nabers, and Thomas. Pretty good record of evaluations,IMO.

He'pretty dammed good at teaching D-lineman. Good enough to be hired by the Saints. I hope he gets a chance to do this.

Probably similar to John Robinson's role as Senior Consultant under Orgeron from 2019-21. He'll be pacing the sidelines a lot.
