When the play started and Texas brought the house I thought OK just get it out quick and hopefully one of our WRs can make a move and get to the 1st down marker. When the pocket collapsed and he was basically bouncing off his O-linemen I thought, well we're screwed. This is a sack and Texas will have the momentum to win. Then it was completed right at the first down marker, then Jefferson stiff-armed and housed it and I jumped out my seat, but stifled my screams because my newborn had just fallen asleep. So I just whispered "frick YEAH" a bunch of times.

For some big games like this one, I prefer to be watching at home alone. I definitely had that nervous stress throughout the game which grew in the 2nd half.

I rarely drink more than 2-3 beers/mixed drinks at a time these days. My kids were asleep and wife decided to watch from bed sometime in the early 4th. I was up to about 10 drinks/beers (including a tall Andygator) by the time of the 3rd and 17 but feeling minimal buzz due to nervous energy. I was standing about two feet from my TV for most of 4th quarter and started yelling to Jefferson 'Geaux, Geaux, Geaux!!!' then a 'We're going to win, are you watching?!?!?!' but she had just fallen asleep. She got up to watch the replay.

I had one more beer after that and re-watched the 4th quarter. By the time the 3rd and 17 replay came on, the drunkenness crept up and I went to bed right after. Felt exhausted after a long day and slept like a baby.

Same. In a sports bar in South Austin surrounded by about 60 Longhorn fans. Place got dead silent, except for me doing my best Ric Flair impersonation.

Kept yelling Ballgame, Ballgame, Ballgame over and over until after the 2 pt conversion...wife made sarcastic comment about “is that Ballgame?”
Never liked her

My son was sleeping so I had to enjoy it quietly but when he caught it and broke free, I lost it. It was awesome

I was listening on my phone, in DC, while walking out to my car to get more stuff to bring into hotel room. I gave a fist pump and a solid, "Yes!" while walking. I watched the replay the next morning.

My gut reaction before the 3rd & 17 was "Oh great here we go again!" Just like it was on 3 and out right after half time. But that reaction was based on previous years of frustration. I was jumping and hollering when he JJ2 scored! This is the new normal!

Threw my hands up in the air the entire time he ran to the end zone, honestly was just sitting there in shock after.

Not use to that from the Tigers

I was at the Varsity watching the game with my friends, and I jumped up and hugged my buddy. It was amazing, and there were a few Texas fans behind us. I just turned around and told them to STTDB.
