1:00. And there is no expulsion vote. Pay attention

They are not voting to kick us out. The only thing we need to look out for is if they try to give us any other punishment.

Any punishment is not warranted. Kiffen tried something that wasn’t clear in the bylaws and was told he couldn’t do it so he didn’t. What is the crime? There have been other similar situations that other schools have used with their rosters but with the vague rules and loopholes the SEC decided enough is enough….this can get out of hand so we are using LSU as an example of what we could do.

Yes, I knew that but forgot to type the word NOT in the thread title
Edited for clarification

I don’t think it’s to boot they want to punish us for something they could not articulate a week ago and want to retroactively punish us for something that was not explained…. They are mad that we are not being yes men and expecting explanations and answers.

This may have already been said, but I'm too lazy to look...LOL
But, if they vote for some punishment, I hope the judge in BTR issues a bench warrant to have Sankey arrested for contempt of court. Because, it's my understanding the the judge issued a TRO on any punishment to LSU over this matter.

I really hope LSUs goal with the “private equity” meeting is to generate a revenue that will equal or exceed what they get from the SEC and seek out a tv package with like CBS and such to go independent…
After all this bs the SEC is doing I really think they are doing this because they feel this is LSUs plans in leaving them…

Thought that the SEC League meeting has been postponed?
Posted on 9/10/26 at 1:35 pm to Keltic Tiger
Was a regularly scheduled meeting, the agenda just changed.
Posted on 9/10/26 at 1:37 pm to FireGoodell
Can they punish people without listing the charges and giving the “culprit” a chance to mount a defense?

The court hearing scheduled for yesterday, concerning giving the SEC the right to vote on kicking LSU out of the conference was postponed, since the point was moot, but the regularly scheduled SEC presidents mtg was happening even before the eviction issue came up.

Technically yes, because of the bylaws. That is why they were going to have a hearing tomorrow to issue an injunction on lsu that they could not go to court over expulsion
