1981 was the most disappointing, because they should have won it all. 2006 had so many extraordinary guys, but 1986 is my favorite. I was in the student section for the first 2 rounds, and then couldn't believe when they beat Kentucky after losing to them twice earlier in the season. What a ride they gave us!
Don't forget Anthony Wilson's buzzer beater to beat Memphis, too! PMAC went WILD!
Imagine if one of the 1st 2 bar routines had been a 9.9 (as is often the case) instead of 9.7/9.3. Different outcome ??
To be honest, Florida has been great, but LSU has been so underscored that it's maddening.

Yeah, during next to last TO; announcer mentioned it but no more was said. Not a good look.
I wouldn't trade coaches cuz I just can't be a fan of Staley, but she's just better. Sure, she has better post play, but her coaching decisions in game, sadly, just seem to always catch Kim. off guard.
Let the favoritism in judging begin.
If Fatta gets a 9.925 after a step AND going up on her toes to try to save another step, ??
If they can't win in THAT atmosphere, when will they? I mean, I know they'll break the streak sometime, but it's hard to imagine the circumstances given the talent and the atmosphere tonight.

I said the same thing a few minutes ago!
The NFL is always a threat with successful coaches, but the difference between Lane and Saban is that Lane has already had a taste of that and Saban just needed to find out what he could do as an NFL HC.
No idea what Lane would do, but I think that works in our favor this time.
Speakeasy night club was owned by a guy named Jim Brown (not the football player) in the late '60s. A now deceased friend of mine was the lead singer for a band named Potliquor that got its name from a "Name that band" contest that Brown held.
I'll never forget my friend telling me how one night between sets, he went outside and found Chuck Berry, who was also performing at the club that night, sitting down by the lake crying. Sad story, but that place must have been something because everybody played there.
1984 vs Bama at Legion Field (before Bama went back to playing in Tuscaloosa). Tornado spotted nearby, but the game continued and Tiger fans made it seem like a home game as we won in Birmingham for the 2nd time in a row after losing 12 in a row to them!
I may be wrong, but, I think he meant "22 Jontres playing", not 2022.
My first time in Tiger Stadium! I was hooked from that night! ??

Doesn't UF only have TWO championships since 2000? ('06/'08)
1970 Archie Who was my first game to attend, when I was 6. Changed my life!
But I also remember while I was attending in the '80s, one game we pushed the Rebels back to a 4th & 53! ??
I watched the skycam view from ESPNU and still couldn't be sure, BUT...
The Clemson ball boy was right there and pointed at the step that looked closest to the line, as if he was still in, so ... SURELY he was!
HAHA!

Not sure if it's the only reason for the TO, but he wasn't on the field before that last play when Kelly called it. When they came back, as far as I could tell, he was the only personnel change. That's how much they wanted him on the field on the most important play of the game!
Ps. And his man was SMOTHERED on the play
|It was NOT a touchdown. You HAVE to control the ball all the way to the ground. Pass incomplete...no TD

Other calls or no calls to argue....sure. Happens every single game|

Just out of curiosity, does the "control the ball all the way to the ground" rule mean on every catch? If this were technically true, could a receiver EVER fumble? I mean, both of our fumbles happened as the receivers were "going to the ground". Or, if a receiver caught a pass and ran into the end zone in the middle of the field, then dropped it as he ran off the field, would that be incomplete?
The "to the ground" ruling seems to have a very specific context, not including catching the ball in the field of play, running into the end zone, then falling out of the end zone and having the ball shift.
Yeah, I live in Orlando and had attended one of the HS state championship games there a couple of weeks before, which was followed by another bowl game, and then that one, w/so much rain that my socks still haven't dried out!
