There is no point in continuing to try to make your point.

Lamb doesn’t deserve shite, chase beats him like he beats dbs in every category.

Lamb is going to be sad on the 28th when Fulton locks him down on his island

I've already made it.

Numbers are numbers and tend to get ignored when people make their minds up. Chase wins it, but Lamb is deserving.

IMO they’re going to want to hype the upcoming matchup, and to do that, they probably don’t want all the awards going to one of those teams. If Lamb played for any team other than OU, Clemson or OSU, Chase would probably run away with it.

I still think it’s 50/50.

By pass attempts, Lamb caught 18% of Hurt's attempts, adjust to Burrow's attempts, comes out to 82 catches, 1,713 yards.

Lol you just can't do that.

It would simply not work that way if they passed more. The ball would be spread around much more.

Part of why CeeDee is so effective is the threat of the run game, same as why Chase is helped out by Jefferson and the others.

You can only look at the numbers that actually happened. Otherwise you are in a rabbit hole.

I really wish targets were tracked in college like they are in the NFL.

They only real cause of concern is that these rewards tend to go to Juniors or Seniors. So I could see Chase getting hurt there.

Jerry Jeudy won it last year... as a sophomore.

Never said it was impossible.
Jeudy had nobody to challenge him last year.

And before that it was a
Senior, Senior, Junior, Junior, and Junior.
A Sophomore had not won it since 2012.

Just think Back to Glenn Dorsey being robbed as a Sophomore, then getting everything as a Junior.

Or Delpit having his best year as a soph, but still is getting more recognition this year.

With that said I think Chase wins it. He has separated himself.

In Lamb's two biggest games this season...he was the best player on the field, by a mile.

3 of Lamb's 4 biggest yardage/TD games were vs ranked opponents

Chase's 4 biggest games are against powerhouses Ol miss, A&M, Arkansas and Vanderbilt

Don't forget the 41 yards vs Georgia

This award is for prime time players (leaving early top 10 first round) level players

Lamb wins.

it's also the reason your guy isn't gonna win

Cee Dee made his case in the Big XII title game and Ja'marr made his in the SEC title game. Similar to how Tua made his case in last year's SEC title game.

Lamb is the better total player, run after catch, blocking etc...that's why Lamb is projected an early 1st round pick. It is what it is, Chase is a great player, no doubt, but he can't even remotely compete with Lamb after the catch. It's not even up for debate, well unless you're a blind homer. Watch the film.

while I think Chase should win in a landslide... let's look at last years winner: Jerry Juedy

Receptions: 68 (45th in the nation)
Yards: 1315 (10th in nation)
TDs: 9 (30th in nation tied with 21 other WRs)
YPC: 19.3 (17th in nation)

So yeah obviously stats dont really matter to the voters. Let's hope Ceedee's name doesnt win him this award win Chase obviously deserves it.
