i don’t know where y’all come up with these rumors but i highly doubt 2 of our guys were smoking k2. the high isn’t similar to weed whatsoever. only people smoking k2 these days are crackheads and stupid teenagers that are tired of sniffing sharpies

While the state law is dumb, it isn’t the issue here. LSU has an internal testing and consequence policy for marijuana that other schools do not.

I have no problem with that policy and support it until marijuana is legal. (I am for the decriminalization of simple possession amounts, BTW.)

Other SEC schools don’t have mandatory suspensions for marijuana positives. That’s just a fact.
LSU frequently loses players either to transfer or earlier to the draft than otherwise would have.
We are putting ourselves at a competitive disadvantage for no reason.

Absolutely did because in 1967 drinking age was 18. The coaches told us to be at the bus with our shite 30 min before we left for a trip. If your arse showed up after 30 min and the coaches didn’t know you would be late, you didn’t go. That was a RULE like all the others.
