Unless AU joins the crowd, then Sumrall is very, very much in play for AU as well.

You're full of shite

Philly baw was insisting all day Sunday that Brian Kelly had been fired while the entire media was reporting otherwise. His thread got deleted, then reinstated. Then anchored. Then unanchored.

Then three hours later it was announced Kelly had been fired.

Until someone else emerges with more accurate posts/claims, I trust Philly.

They also think his side is very welcoming to this idea as well.

Been down this road a few times with a sexton client…I hope our decision makers don’t put all the eggs in that basket with him likely headed to the playoffs, could get really fricked

Lane would come for a 5/50 with large incentives.

Let me ask you a question since you keep repeating yourself:

You get offered jobs from two companies. Both are very large companies.

1) One offers you a 10 year contract to work for them. They are going to pay you $200,000 with a 5-10% raise every year. If they fire you, they have to pay you the full 10 years. You do not have to meet any incentives whatsoever.

2) The other offers you a 5 year contract at $100,000 a year. They owe you nothing if they fire you. You have multiple incentives you have to meet to get more, including being the very best in your entire industry at your job. If you meet those incentives you could get to $220,000 per year

In short: lol

So do you know where Tulane coach Jon Sumrall will coach after this season?

Landry has zero bearing on what Todd Graves, and Lipsey and the rest of the check writers want to spend. If you don’t realize that Landry is a clown you never will. Billionaires don’t listen to idiots like Landry! Lane will absolutely get hired.

so we are going to fire the AD that gave BK a 10/$100M contract with 90% buyout, so we can go hire Lane Kiffin and give him a 10/$130M contract with 90% buyout, b/c that's what he's going to want?

The age of 10 year contracts needs to die. Kiffin at $13M per for 5 is my best guess. No sauces, we've just seen A&M and now LSU both get burned by the 10 year contract BS. Dabo is the only one left and we see how that's playing out at Clemson.

Edit: Franklin had a 10 year deal as well. But nobody gives a shite about Penn State.

Option 3

200,000 per year. Multiple incentives. 100,000k to win the whole thing. 50,000 to make it to the natty. 25,000 to make the playoffs. 25% if they fire you.

You went with the two extremes. It will be in the middle you dumb frick

If so, I'd like him to take Ed up on his offer to join the staff. Those two are dynamic when together.

Kiffin is going to play LSU well into January and we'll be stuck hiring a Mullen type. If you aren't willing to leave your team in December, let's move on.

I do remember him saying that a source told him Darius gray was a silent comment to LSU then he went on to commit to South Carolina lol

It’s not your money… why do yall care so much? If the boosters want to spend it, let them.
