Just cus u can’t run the ball doesn’t mean u can have a “run like” offense. There were a couple games where AA was feasting over the middle along with MT, these looooong passing plays all to the sidelines followed by runs up the middle isn’t gonna cut it in the SEC. also what happened to the jet sweeps to Zavion Thomas or screens.

Teams are dropping a lot especially LBs. They’re just clogging up everything short and between the hashes because they don’t respect the run and were very predictable.

That's why I don't think Sloan is a good play caller. Quick slats and shallow crossing routes is what 2019 lsu and 2020 bama made a living at. Definitely have some deep and medium routes but not the whole team running down field. Nuss isn't gonna run, he's proved that. So give him quick easy route to throw to.

Which just shows that despite our talent we arent a good offense. We cant run the ball and we cant take what the defenses are giving us. They are just taking away what we like and we fold, no ability to adapt. A lot of it is play calling, but the fact remains.

Im still not over how our supposed great O line cant block for shite on run plays. Anytime we hear how a position group is good (besides receiver) it ends up being fools gold. They are as over rated a group as I've ever seen.

You cant be considered good if you suck arse at one half of the discipline.

I don't think Nuss sees those routes particularly well. I noticed Anderson and Taylor opened a ton against A&M but Nuss looks at the sideline passes immediately.

We love the back foot pass to the wide side of the field or deep down the sideline

I would love to see a pass chart breakdown for the season

Middle of the field is wide open but dipshit refuses to throw there. He is determined to follow his same tendency to the sideline which every DB has learned by now.

Commentators have mentioned the same thing during multiple road game broadcasts. I have been to all home games, but would bet it has been mentioned for some as well.

The BDubs duo, my fellow Coonass friend and I, just spoke of exactly what you posted here. We need this to happen!

We were able to run the ball in 2019. We struggle with that this season.

It died when everyone watching the game on TV knows what play we’re running before the snap.

he threw for over 200 yards in the first half.

The second half the flood gates opened on our OL for the first time this year. He didn't have a lot of time in the 4th quarter, and when you factor in the crowd, it was a rough experience.
