How about we beat their asses once(and i mean by more than one score) then we can start talking about them falling off?

Despite the obvious drop off - From the toothless unwashed grandpas to their inbred offspring, the will not accept that things are different now that Little Nicky is gone and they are just like every other program.

bama fans are realizing that they didn't go on a generational run because they are bama. they went on that run because of Saban.

I’m not understanding the premise of this question? They made the CFP playoffs this season? That’s not a bad year? Where is the drastic fall that you’re talking about? I root against Bama as much as the next LSU fan but I believe they’re still a strong football team. Not understanding where this is coming from.

Yes but is it better to heavily invest in freshman who will likely test the free agent market again before they contribute to the team or to invest in portal players that have experience, film and are ready to contribute now. Every P5 university has the same $20.5 million to "profit share" with their athletes. It's up to the staff to build out the roster the way they want.

Also, the schools with the most brand recognition have additional third party NIL deals to their top players. (Canes, Nike, Puma, Amazon, Etc...)

They lost 4 games for the SECOND year in a row. They got their arse kicked in the SEC championship game. They got their arse kicked in a playoff game that none thought they deserved to be in.

This is not Saban's bama. The wheels are starting to come off. If you can't see that, I don't know what to tell you.

They made the CFP playoffs this season?

See how allowing them in makes them seem legit and they were not. Shitty playing LSU should have beat that arse.

Here's to many years of wandering in the CFB wilderness for that execrable program.

A car and a few bucks, or pay for a summer no-show job from the old days is nothing like the millions being handed out now. Players couldn’t retire after college based on what they got paid. Nowadays, some leave college as multimillionaires, without even signing a pro contract. It’s a different game today. But I think the take that Bama doesn’t have the resources to play the game today is a little bit of wishful thinking.

They are furious other teams can also buy players now and they aren’t able to stack up 5 stars on their second string roster

Collective car dealerships and gas station owners do not have the joint ability to make a difference.

Alabama has as many Fortune 500 companies as Louisiana (two), and Mississippi has none. If Louisiana and Mississippi have people with the type of wealth to support CFB NIL at their chosen schools, Alabama does too.
