Loyola Marymount in the 1990 season comes to mind. That game was mindless fun.

The Georgetown game in the Superdome the previous season as well was a great one.

1986 SE Regional Final in the old Omni in Atlanta. (11) LSU 59, (1) Kentucky 57.

didn't we lose them like 4 times during that season? It was a glorious run back in 1980's under Dale Brown

Every game we played in the ‘86 tournament is worth the watch; Purdue (double OT….I was there), Memphis St (buzzer beater), Ga Tech (nail biter), Kentucky (nail biter) and the first half of Louisville.

I really thought it was our year!

ETA, if you want to watch any single game that tells you who Dale Brown was, make it the game against Georgetown in the Super Dome (1988?). It was Dale being Dale!!

The game against Memphis during one of those final four runs was fun to watch also.

I was at the Georgetown game. Our high school bball team all went on our bus. It was awesome.

I was there. Early teens. Our basketball team went as a group. We were pumped and floated on air back home. That night we had a game against the #1 team in the league and felt motivated and confident. We promptly got smoked ??

If I had one game to watch that I think epitomizes the best attributes of Dale it would be the Double OT win over No. 1 ranked KY in the PMAC in 1977 with all 5 starters fouled out.

It was the watershed moment for the program under Dale, up until that time there had not been much success. But this game ushered in an unparalleled period of success for LSU hoops and it was Dale who built it. And it could not have been more Dale the way it was done with the reserves in at the end.

I have always been conflicted on Dale and likely always will but his teams gave me some great memories and he did a great deal of kind and selfless things for a great many. RIP Coach Brown.

Watch the ref robbery in the 1987 Elite Eight vs Indiana in Cincinnati, Ohio. Final Four was slated for the Superdome in New Orleans. LSU led deep into the game despite rampant moving screens.

The Refs finally resorted to calling fouls on LSU for contacting the IU screens, and eventually fouled out LSU's best defensive player. That cost Dale his best shot at a Nat'l Championship IMO.

Both great choices. They also had some great games against UNLV.

The best game I ever saw in person was the Jackson/Glass game in Oxford. Even though lsu lost the game, it’s the greatest back and forth game between two superstars that I’ve seen. 55 for CJ and 53 for Glass.

I would love to see this game (and it was one of Dale’s favorites) but have never seen it anywhere

All the greats will be covered so I’ll say watch Shaq’s triple double in the NCAA tourney vs BYU. Total dominance by the big man in Dale’s last tourney win.
