Nuss should sit out the bowl

Its a pre-preseason game

No need to risk injuries for any important 2025 starters in a meaningless scrimmage

If a player is coming back, they need to play. Like someone else said, its Baylor not Georgia. Injuries can happen anytime, no control over that.

I assure you the coaching staff will not purposely lose the game on the off chance that Swann doesn't crap himself. They definitely are t putting a true freshman Hurley who is 17 in there either.

Better to find out what kind of protection he’ll have versus Baylor rather than Clemson.

Being one of those weird people who view actual results as means of judging performance, I loved O until I didn't, and liked the Kelly hire until I didn't. And get this shite, if we go 10-2 in 2025 and make the playoffs? I will again be a fan of Brian Kelly.

Isn't this kind of the definition of a fairweather fan?

Do I have to state the obvious? Some posters act like LSU is the only school that will have players leaving early thus not in the bowl game...players opting out of the bowl game as seniors...players entering the portal, etc. Probably a logical move would be to see how many BAYLOR BEARS won't be available for the Texas Bowl.

Of course not, its just the opposite. I will always love LSU football and be a huge fan, good times and bad. It doesn't matter if Miles, Orgeron or Kelly is coaching, I want the team to do well. When the team is bad (and I feel its due to coaching) I want to see improvement from that coach. If it continues to go bad I don't abandon the program, I simply want the coach replaced. If it improves, I am pleased and want the coach retained as along as it continues. I mean, its a pretty simple concept

Exactly, I’m an LSU fan, not a BK fan. Especially if he isn’t making LSU better.

This is bullshite. Who the hell has such a hard on for O that they take their anger out on Kelly? We lost 4 games this year. Kelly is doing enough to bring heat on his ownself.

Are you serious? There’s a whole group of these fricking idiots around here. Pay attention.

Don’t say this. You’ll be roped into the “O-lover, LSU hater, and non educated football fan” crowd. Rules of tRant: you must worship BK. You question nothing about LSU football. And you have to have an answer for a replacement while paying a clown 100 mil to be mediocre.” Oh and since you don’t love BK, you can’t have an opinion.

Glad I asked. I read it as you saying you cared or didn't care based on how well the team did. This explanation makes more sense. I think we have similar approaches, though I am admittedly a bit of a sunshine pumper.
