What do y’all think was running....

...through Saban’s mind Monday night?
He gave really good analysis on the game, but watching LSU win, I’d believe he’s thinking:
“Yeah buddy, it’s fun climbing that mountain. Let’s see how fun it is staying there.”
Cause he knows the deal:
All your great leadership of seniors (gone)
Awesome upcoming juniors (gone)
Coaches to keep it going (gone)
You’ve just won the title and expectations are through the roof and there are holes every where to be filled.
It’s gotta make you give props to Saban and Dabo (and even Meyer) to keep the train moving full speed year after year.

Cheer up. After LSU won the championship in fifty eight, it seemed as if we would never win another in my lifetime. Then we won in 03. Saban showed us it was possible. If we can win one and play for another under a bumbling Miles, no telling how many more we will win in my lifetime. I'm 77.

Here's the deal, Coach O has a system in place for success. Just like all the teams in the past who have been successful and had to lose players and coaches, you just stay with your system, and recruit good players and coaches to run your system, and LSU will continue to compete for the title. They will never repeat what happened this year, but they will be back fighting to the championship again. NEXT MAN UP!!

My standard response to Aggies and Texas fans here in Houston that keep saying to me "you lost coaches, players yada, yada, yada" is 2019 NATIONAL CHAMPS!
