No bonehead unsportsmanlike penalties, how Kelly makes halftime adjustments, how in shape and physical our lines are. Hoping whoever lines up behind center can command with authority and hang around 65-70% accuracy. Stoked to see how Emery runs this year. Think Laterrance Welch will see some pt early going. I think it's a given our WR corps will be lights out. It's been a long off-season, just grateful the seasons about to start.

I want to see us establish a running game capable of gaining 2-3 hard yards when we need it.
I want to see the linebackers in the right place. Maintaining gap discipline instead trying to TFL every play and opening up giant holes. Be football players, not just athletes.
No plays over the top. Big plays might happen, but it better be in front of the safety this year.

I want to see a team that is prepared to play. Guys that know their assignments and can execute the plays given to them.
I DON’T want to see whoever the QB is staring at the sideline in frustration because a play hasn’t been signaled in yet.
I want to see players who are disciplined and don’t take cheap or stupid penalties.
I want to see LSU play good football and dominate an opponent.

A win.
A convincing win.
An obliteration type of win.

I would like to see good use of the running backs....makes our passing game that much more effective. Of course that goes hand in hand with O line effectiveness.
Linebackers, forgive me if I have my reservations about Micah Baskerville
Oh yeah, let's make sure there are no behind the back passes and let's make sure the QB knows where his center is

I would like to see fundamentally sound football.

Being able to get a playcall in efficiently and not have to waste timeouts would be a start.

Offense: crisp execution, plays getting in quickly, play calling with a plan.
Defense: quick diagnosis, multiple players to the ball, solid fundamentals when tackling and in coverage.

Look like they’ve played football before.
