Can't remember the exact year but Auburn had Stidham, and they were absolutely mowing us down.

I legitimately thought we'd lose by 40. All of a sudden we return a kickoff for a TD and LSU comes back and wins the damn thing.

Tiger Bowl shenanigans.

1982 Florida State where they threw oranges on the field and the reference had to make an announcement if it did stop they were going to award Florida State points.

1988 Miami hurricane game it rained so hard I was sitting in water in my seat in the South end zone. It literally rained that hard where it didn't have time to drain off quick enough.

Tennessee 2010 when we survived another end of game Less clusterfrick only because T-Bob had the wherewithal to hike the ball. I never experienced a win that felt like a loss more than that win.

This is a good one. 2017. That was a super weird game. It's like Auburn's engine completely stalled.

I was so pissed after UT 2010 I didn't go on my trip to the UF 2010 game. Then I was so pissed after that game despite the win. That 2010 year was Les' coming out party as a moron. Somehow still went 11-2. That team won in spite of the ball coach.

This!

Tennessee wasn't a good team. Jefferson takes the opening play 83 yards for a TD and you think LSU is going to have an easy time with the game. Then the offense is terrible. Nothing but punts and TOs the rest of the way. Lee takes over at QB in the 4th, leads a good drive to 1st and goal where it looks like LSU will take the lead. He then throws an INT in the endzone.

Tennessee then has 4th & 1 at the LSU 30 with just under 6:00 minutes to go. It would not have ended the game. But they could have drained another 2:00 - 3:00 off the clock and maybe made it a 7 point game (17-10). LSU gets a huge stop. Then Jarrett Lee becomes a different QB. He converts a 3rd and 13 with 1:48. Then a 4th and 14 with 1:12. It looks like Les is going to pull another improbable win out of his hat after another lackluster performance against an inferior team...then chaos starts...then Les does get the most improbable win of his career.

This was the year after the clock management debacle at Ole Miss. So no one was in the mood to "celebrate" the win. Everyone was pissed. I actually felt bad for the Tennessee players. They had a big win. But, because LSU was so unbelievably disorganized it forced Tennessee in to a spot that they didn't know what the hell to do.

I never understood why that game was so poorly attended. It was a good game and LSU was coming off a 49-0 shellacquing of a decent Kentucky team.

I was at this one and its up there for me as well but 2015 McNeese state takes the cake. They game got cancelled hard to beat that. Donte Jackson had a jet sweep and boom 3 plays in game suspended and later cancelled.

LSU - McNeese 2015….

Opening game that was immediately canceled after like 3 plays due to lightning

I have been going to LSU games for over 35 years and this was my first and last game in a suite.

Just my luck

Hot as frick and one of the more depressing games I've ever attended.
Dumb arse Miles raising his hands going into the locker room up 21-0 like the game was over only to wind up losing to Rick Clausen.

Tennessee 2010

JJ takes it 75 yards up the middle on the first play from scrimmage

We don't score until 0:00 after we get an untimed play after regulation because Tennessee had too many men on the field.

I was there for that 1988 Miami game. Worst weather I've ever experienced at a game. I also remember how cocky Miami was. In pregame warmup, the receiver would run a down and out and after catching the pass, he would kick the orange cone up in the stands. Next guy runs same route and proceeds again to kick the cone into the stands

Just miserably hot. Not even the suggestion of a breeze. It felt like someone wrapped a boiled towel and wrapped my body in it. Everyone was already pissed off because of Katrina. Some random dude tried to fight me in the parking lot after the game until my drunk boss who I took to the game fell out of my truck and started chasing the guy like a madman.

LSU vs Troy (2008)

Blistering cold night when LSU scored 37 unanswered in a come-from-behind win.
