We Still Bitching About Bad Calls After a Win, But By God Right is Right/Wrong it Wrong

Doesn't matter that we won, well, really it does.
But those fricking SEC refs week after week blow obvious calls and season after season there is no improvement.

We just call it "getting Birmingahmed"
I swear, after every big play... I look for flags.

It wasn't possession. Get over it.

You're bitching because you're a bitch. Stop!
The only call I saw that I didn't like was the non-call holding Perkins on Bama's late TD. That's a sack otherwise.
The non-fumble was perfectly called. It was unfortunate, but the Bama player touched it before LSU had established possession. The proof that LSU did not have possession is that the LSU player lost control of the ball. Had he maintained control it would have been LSU's ball. Well called.
On the tipped ball. I could not tell by the replay. It was probably tipped, but generally, I don't want replay making those types of ambivalent calls.
Anyway, beat the opponent; beat the field; beat the weather; and beat the refs. That's what the Tigers did.

Everyone knew it happened in the past and nothing was done. CBK figured it out in 3/4 of his first game and sent a message by saying he did not trust the refs and taking it out of their cheating hands and going for 2.

The tipped ball is pretty inexcusable. The ball was clearly tipped, I mean Wingo's finger literally bends backwards. It was like they said "yeah yeah it was tipped, but that wouldn't be fair because it wasn't tipped hard enough"... so they chose to enforce the "spirit" of the rule there, but for the fumble Brooks recovered they say "sorry, letter of the law, nothing I can do."

No hold on the late Bama TD was the worst call of the game.
4th and 15+ with LSU Lead and 4min left, vs LSU needing a touchdown with 4min left.

There are some 50/50 calls that they're going to get wrong here and there and that's fine
What's not fine is when they have the benefit of replay and still get it wrong
That tipped ball call was awful

The people bitching about the calls have every right to. The phantom holding calls, multiple missed Bama holding calls, the tipped ball and the fumble were all the wrong calls.

That personal foul that got negated was the worse. Daniels was in full slide and Bama defender clearly hits him. Refs said defender didn't touch him....bullshite. That call alone should have let you know how the game was being officiated.

Then your blind. It was clear on replay that his middle finger was moved backwards by the ball. That's the only criteria needed for that rule.

Not only did he send a message, he actually stated that fact in his post-game interview. He said he wasn't going to let the officials determine the outcome of the game. You know that the REC just loved that.

penrod you dont make no sense than the ref did if you go out of bounds with out the football you dont have the ball so the ball is alive !

You guys left out the most common thing the refs did all night long - incorrectly spotting the ball.
It was laughable and always favored the Gumps. A couple of times it was corrected, but a few times it was not. Hell, on that one pass play, they tried to give them 6 yards when the entire stadium and TV audience saw the WR's elbow and knee hit the ground.

The call on Jenkins rarely gets called.
I'm not saying it's the wrong call but you just don't see it get called often

Calls are calls. They impact the games and we know that before kick-off every week. I was more concerned about the non-call on the Bama touchdown play where Harold Perkins was clearly being held and tackled and Young escapes to throw a touchdown to a wide open receiver. If you ask me, that missed call had just as much if not more impact because that play should have been called back.
