LSU has out scored their opponent 83% of the time this season. That's all that matters in my book. Game has changed drastically and CPM has adapted to it well.

These wiffle ball bats have moved the game mostly to the infield. Bunting and having speed to get infield singles is what is winning these days (UCLA).

Guaranteed nice gappers and HRs are always nice, but that's not the norm anymore, we need to be recruiting players that can play defense, really good pitchers and guys that get the fundamentals and can bunt and do hit-n-runs with ease.

Sounds to me like college hitters need to get better.

You don't realize many of us know this already, huh?

And many of us actually were saying to look out for him last summer as it was happening. Where were you?

He didn't notice Stevenson was hitting last Summer since he was reading up on Cape box scores.

Playing to win in college baseball, I personally don't think translates well to the majors these days.

Do I honestly think a few of those UCLA players will play at the Show, probably not, but there to team was built to play with what is given to them, bats without a lot of ping and large seam balls with a not-so-active core.

On a related noted(compared to LSU last weekend), the bullies are killing the "so called" all everything Vandy pitching staff. Through 13 innings they have scored 21 runs. Vandys' defense isn't helping their cause much, either.

It is a major concern but not ready to say we are 'screwed' yet.

They meant from the left field power alley to the right field power alley, nobody has hit a HR in the deepest part of the field in four years.

Is no one gonna give credit to tyler? Kid was throwing 96-98 in the 7th and 8th innings......thats what kept us down tonight.

Also, not sure of the "regression" for laird. Looks like he is still getting on base to me

Georgia kid was damn impressive tonight. Mainieri said he was the best pitcher in the state a year ago.

Poche stepped up big tonight. Whomever wins the CWS this year will do so with a very good pitching staff. LSU is doing very well pitching wise.

nine shoutout games so far. I think LSU is only giving up around 2 runs per game this season.

Not worried. Hopefully, our team remains healthy.

Chinea smoked two balls last night. He's actually putting together better at bats lately. I have no trouble with him getting starts.
