I heard the school was purposely keeping it under wraps so that poster Randpaul29 on Tigerdroppings would eventually lose his mind over not knowing.
I heard it also.
I guess he finally broke.
Wonder how long his recovery time will be. Think he will be ready for the first kickoff?

Be careful what u wish for. Medical history is classified for your own benefit. It's a right so I'm not going to let it distract me.
We're talking about an athlete playing competitive football at the best conference in the college game. He was injured in a game and didn't play the rest of the season. This stuff happens all the times, and the fan base wants to know what's going on.
Do we have the right to get that info? Of course not.
But this is athletics, where injury updates are routinely given, in every sport. So we just want to hear what's going on, since the updates haven't been detailed.

An update on his injury would really clear a lot of things up.
When you really think about it, is really any of our goddam business what his injury is?
And the answer is no...it is not. College kids have privacy rights just like the rest of us. When he or LSU wants us to know his status, they will tell us when they are ready. I looked at the schedule. The next game is about 7 months away. They have time to figure the shite out.

See above post. It is not our business.

Literally took one bad hit and his promising career as a QB may be over
Would suck for Brennan for sure.
For some, though, all it takes is one shot to end a career.

I agree, it's very odd. There's no information at all. Is it ligamentous, tendon, bone or all of the above? The silence over all of this leads me to believe it's something pretty serious which may prevent Myles from ever playing college football again. Hoping for the best for him.

Those are literally one of the only things you can't request.

someone knows. Quit be a little bitch because you don't.

See above post. It is not our business.
And injury updates are given all the time, so when info is withheld (which of course is his right), it invites speculation.
But no, of course we're not legally demanding to get information. We're just curious as football fans.
And again, we're not talking about some stigmatizing illness that he may want to keep private. It's (apparently) a muscle injury.

You know, kind of important for a guy that hasn't played since October 10. And with a new OC.

It really is some weird shite. I feel bad for Brennan
Posted on 2/1/21 at 3:27 pm to Randpaul29
Hope he comes back full strength but all sports injuries are unique to the player. Some guys never recover even with the leaps and bounds advancement in ligament surgery. Not saying that's the case here but let the man work out his issues. When Spring arrives we should know more.

3.5 months on a severe abdominal tear is not that odd.

Spent 3 seasons talking about how frail he was, with constant updates on his weight
He plays in a few games and receives very little contact, yet is already injured indefinitely
It was a freak injury that no amount of strength and conditioning would've prevented.

"no one knows" -- you referring to TD?
I'm sure Brennan and family, the medical and coaching staff know but may not want to share.
