Season opening loss wont matter anymore. Team showed grit on the road in conference. Admittedly the title is a reach, but winning the SEC is right there!

Winning the SEC, even getting in to the SEC CG will be tough. I think you will have a few 7-1 SEC teams. Does LSU go 8-0 or 7-1?

Making the playoffs may be possible. But I don’t think we have the DTs or LBs or safeties to compete with the very best teams. Win one game against one of them? Sure. Make a run of winning 2-3 in a row - I just don’t see it.
