I don't believe this at all. Brady is a team player and is just saying it. There is a night and day difference and that's Brady. You're gullible to believe otherwise.

Ensminger must be using sign language or smoke signals because when the tv cameras cover he and Brady, SE does not say a word, only Brady rocking the mic

Thats not what was said, dipshit!

I'm guessing you think Brady is OC, despite Brady
just admitting Ensminger is the head man. You cant be
that stupid.

anyway, this is only important to those who for some reason want to shite on Ensminger, I guess. I have no idea why, but grow up.

watch last years and this years and see the similarities at times.

If by similarities you mean, there are wide receivers then and now...there are running backs....there is a tight end. The rest is totally different. The routes. The reads. The concepts. The schemes. It’s a spread with rpo’s and not in the same universe as last season. Burrow said he had never ran an offense like last years. This year is what he knows.

Man frick that noise. What the hell? Ensminger hasn't done anything close to this with the same talent last year. Brady is the one drawing up the plays obviously and is the reason this offense is what it is. Don't be stupid. What's the guy supposed to say? If we have to chose between keeping Brady or keeping ensminger, we need to keep Brady. I'm sorry, but things have totally changed since he's been here and it has more to do with Brady than ensminger I'm sorry. He's also the an coach and look at the progress burrow has made in 1 offseason. It's unprecedented. I mean, it's kinda easy to call plays when every fricking okay you have available in the passing game works and your qb throws at above 75%. It's the same pay design and the players we have running them more than anything else. Lsu could seriously run 4 wr 1 tight end and a rb all game long and run the same play and score alot of points. We are just that talented and execute at that high of a level. We have the studs and Brady has created ways for our Heisman qb to get the ball to them. Brady is the key to this offense as far as coaches go. Burrow is the key overall though obviously lol.

Bruce Feldman told Rich Eisen that Ensminger calls most of the 1st and 2nd down plays and that Brady calls most of the 3rd down plays and plays in the red zone.

E is assistant of the year of the year in my book. Maybe he couldn’t do without Brady but his willingness to partner with Brady is cannot go without recognition.

Maybe now people will stop dismissing E like he is just hanging out cashing a check.

We have two guys mainly involved in the offense. One just won the Broyles award and is about to get a bag. He's also pretty classy to make sure the other guy gets some shine.

Exactly.

I know it is probably unrealistic now, but I would love their situation to remain the same for next year and give Brady one more year to learn/absorb, then let Steve retire and hire a new passing game coordinator to help Brady.

Obviously having 2 sets of eyes up there has been huge.

agree 100%.... i know its not gonna happen but i wish they would do it together again for one more year.... Co-Coordinators... give Ensminger a great send off that he deserves... hell give him a support staff role if he wants it... or let him coach Qb's hell... his lack of ego and love of LSU made all this work...

There is something to be said for experience - whether it's BAD experiences or GOOD experiences. Ensminger has had better than average success throughout his career including playing and coaching. The one constant from my perspective (including HS and college) is that he has ALWAYS been a proponent of stretching the field. His nickname is earned. Throw in Brady and the Saints short passing game and you have a match made in heaven. I will admit Brady is the leader of the offense in every way, shape, and form but Big "E" has been vital to the overall success. Props to him no matter what role he played. He's also getting paid very, very well.

Not only is Brady a Spread/RPO guru, but he’s apparently a top notch receiver coach also.

Our receivers have been absolutely incredible this year. Some of the catches they’ve made were just spectacular. The drops this year were minimal compared to all previous years.

Thank you Coach Brady.

He is a coach, he is supposed to be talking. That doesn't mean that he is calling plays because he is talking. That's why they sit up high to observe what they see, and report it to the sidelines. One thing that you can't teach is common sense.

As I’ve said all along. Heard it day one from horses mouth. Yet he’s not been mentioned by hardly anybody outside of local media. I was happy to see Fienbaum and Jessie Palmer throw him a Kudo. He’s been a real good friend for a lot of years and I’m not surprised by how selfless he’s being. He’s doing it for O.

We’ll never solve the credit issue. For my part, I think the main reasons we’re better this year is that our receivers matured and our offensive line matured. This is the most talented offensive line LSU has had in over a decade. The tackles just needed to mature, and they did. Burrow having a full year to adapt, rather than one month, was big too.

Opposing coaches are saying that LSU is not doing anything overly complicated or tricky; they are just super talented and are executing well.

We finally have an offensive line that is not a weak point. That is the biggest cause of our success other than a once in a lifetime QB.
