Kentucky has a lot of talent actually, a bunch of big transfers in addition to Howard but they underachieved ridiculously most of the year. LSU was completely arse the entire first half. Not going to win a game being down 20 in a half

Okay, at least made it halfway competitive.

Let’s head back to BR and get ready to win the first two in the PMAC and head to the Sweet Sixteen.

Yeah, I wanted to win this tournament but there’s something to be said for avoiding a three-game grind culminating with a street fight with SC.

We’re a two-seed if we win the tournament, just like we’re a two-seed losing this game. So let’s go home and get totally healthy.

Didn't like us getting down by so much in the first half. We looked a LOT better in the second half, however. So, that's something take home with us. But in order for us to have a deep run in the NCAA tournament, we need Morris back. Kahyla was out there trying to do everything and just ran out of gas there at the end...................still with 27 pts and 7 assists though.

Time o regroup and get ready for the NCAA tournament in two weeks!

Not really. Only one team will win the SEC tourney but I'm sure many more than one will advance in the NCAA tourney.

Morris and Pointer are great players but there’s a huge drop off after that.
This team overachieved this year and that’s a credit to the coaches.

I will be honest, they basically slept walked in the first half. The effort was really really bad (defensively especially). We knew the drop off would be big scoring wise with no Morris but 20 points is too much of a hole to go down by in just one half.

But it felt like the team embodied Kim's mindset coming into this tournament. She said it didn't matter in the scheme of things. So I am not surprised to see what I saw tonight.

Just hope Morris and Pointer can take us as far as they can in the tournament. We have over achieved this year. On a side note, Payne played well.

Charlie Creme still had us as a No. 2 see this morning, and that was before this upset. Kentucky beating SC I think makes it even more likely we'll stay a 2 seed. Shouldn't drop just due to our loss to them.
