Did anyone notice Auburn defenders get through line?

I can't help here because to me, it looks like every field goal is almost blocked

I dunno, but I will say this....love me some Cole Tracy kicking, but while accurate, his kicks look like my 4 iron. The loft is not there. They all count the same, but he worries me for blocks down the road.

Yes I saw that. Made me nervous as frick! We deserved shite to go our way for once. It seems like the last 4 years or so we’ve had the worst luck on shite like that.

The trajectory tend to be lower on the longer kicks. Tiinking Clev & MN would like to have him yesterday.

Saw it and was just wondering if it was a penalty. Appears so.

Didnt notice at the time, but the playback shows AU players jumping over the line to try to block the kick. That is a penalty but it was not called. We lost a game there once when we were called for a similar penalty at the end of the game.

I have to assume the refs would have called the personal foul if they had blocked it, but it didn't matter so they ate the flags.

Exactly. The Auburn radio caller even suggested doing an illegal leverage move to attempt the block b/c Tracy is such an accurate kicker. Take the chance that it's not called.

I have to believe the Refs were ready to call it as everyone in the stadium saw it. But it was a good nocall obviously.

Didn't that rule get changed?

Should have been. The penalty would be leverage. Climbing on another player

leverage

would have been a kick in the gut had they blocked it and a penalty wasnt called.

Yes it was close but there were two AU defenders using the O linemen for leverage which should have been flagged. I hope that if they had made contact the call would have been made.

Did the kick go through the uprights and over the crossbar?
Did LSU earn three points from the successful kick?
Did those three points give LSU more points at the end of the game than their opposition?

Nothing else about the field goal matters on Monday morning.
