I saw that during the Mizzou game. I forgot the details, but LSU got hosed by the zebras. Pete was pissed.

If LSU is a threat to knock the SEC out of the playoffs, look for a lot of bullshite for us to overcome from the refs in the Alabama and Georgia game if we made it to that game. JD5 is going to have to be basically perfect.

I see a lot of phantom holding and roughing the passer calls against LSU, while actual penalties against Alabama will be ignored. It's just the nature of the beast. We've seen it all too often.

There is always an issue with the refs. in this game every year. This does worry me. Like the tipped pass last year. Lets hope for the best is all you can do.

The Bama Oline will hold all night, but LSU will get called for holding in the 4th quarter on converting a 3rd down.

That line judge in the MIZZ game was clearly on the take. That was an easy one to spot. He was blatantly altering the game, then the bonus was when he allowed MIZZ to hit JD5 in the EZ after he called a phantom hold. I'm sure he got a nice bonus from the SEC for that.

Got to beat them and the refs. Can’t expect any calls on Saturday

We'll need at least two turnovers to offset the refs.

You mean like last year?

There have absolutely been some bad calls in games involving LSU v. Alabama. No one will deny that. But constantly bringing it up as a "concern" is pathetic. The play above absolutely could have been called a block in the back. It wouldn't have been the most egregious illegal block ever, but it was one. And was one that directly led to an LSU TD.

Flip the situation and this board would have been apoplectic!

If bama didn't have the refs last year, lsu would've won by 20. hopefully, it is not as bad as last year.
