I wouldn't say there was an "outcry" for SMU but I've heard some people saying they were screwed. SMU got killed by TCU and that's why they aren't in. In 2021 they chose undefeated Cincy over two loss Baylor. Baylor was obviously the better team, yet they chose Cincy (who lost by 21 in the playoff g...

I don't think FSU is better than Bama. FSU has an incredible defense so they shouldn't be counted out though. But that is completely subjective. I think Mizzou could beat a significant amount of teams above them, but they are not deserving of a playoff berth....

Considering it's not top 4 and they haven't played anyone good, I would say no. Liberty and FSU are only comparable by being undefeated. FSU only has one less top25 win than Bama, are undefeated, better defense, better S.O.R, better point diff., better performance against shared opponents, and so mu...

You do realize that Alabama's 6th best win was Auburn right... 5th best win and 6th best win isn't a big difference. Regardless, you almost lost to Auburn even with a bunch of favored officiating....
