You cannot just vote everytime you want. When you open the page the script places 10 cookies on your desktop. On successful vote the URL will show the following:
https://poll.fm/10457850/results?msg=voted
Look for the msg=voted. That is a good vote.
If you click back or refresh or try to vote again without removing those 10 cookies you will see this URL:
https://poll.fm/10457850/results?msg=revoted
This looks like you voted but you did not. If you want to vote multiple times, you need to delete those 10 cookies off your desktop then drop a new vote. Everytime the url is the following:
https://poll.fm/10457850/results?msg=voted
You voted.
https://poll.fm/10457850/results?msg=voted

Wan’dale Robinson has 453 yards receiving and 326 yard rushing and 5 total TDs LOL!! How in the world is he even up for this award? CEH should win this over those clown arse numbers.

It will to because the cookie expires pretty quick, like in 2 minutes.
In your browser you just need to delete cookies.
